our little man is having a rough time these days.
starting on christmas eve he started getting signs of a cold and hasn't been the same since. today, a trip to the doctor - his third in about a month - revealed that he has an ear infection in both ears and r.s.v. (respiratory syncytial virus )
ever the trooper and sweet baby, after vomiting last night, he raised his tired little head and opened his red puffy eyes to give his momma a big grin when she came in the room to clean up daddy and the floor.
your prayers for a speedy recovery and that he would sleep through the night for the first time in 2 weeks would be appreciated.

Our prayers at the McFarland house have begun. 'Tis the season for the sickies. Our Jovey has had 2 random fevers in the last month, both being diagnosed as viruses, but hard when they last for 4-5 days. Parenting is so super stressful. Thank goodness we have a great and mighty God to cry to, who is caring for and healing our kiddos as well as our spirits! Feel better, Charlie!
Oh, poor little man. I sure hope he feels better soon. Keep us posted. We'll pray for him. It's never fun to have a sick little one, you feel so helpless. :(

charlie is acting like he feels a lot better! when went back to the doctor today and he played and had a big time!
he still has a lot of congestion and a cough, but has started sleeping through the night.
